OLG Terms and Conditions

Welcome to OLG. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our OLG casino platform, our OLG app, and all related services we provide, including lottery, PROLINE+ sports betting, POOLS, and online horse racing wagering. We are conducted and managed by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, a Crown agency of the Province of Ontario, and we are regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under the Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming. Online horse racing wagering on our site is supplied by Woodbine Entertainment Group and regulated by the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Eligibility to Play

We require that you reside in Ontario and are physically located within the Province of Ontario each time you access our services. To purchase lottery products through us, you must be at least 18 years old. To use our online casino, our sports betting products, or our POOLS offering, you must be at least 19 years old. We do not permit individuals on the AGCO exclusion list, those registered for My PlayBreak, or those who have self-excluded to access any of our services. We reserve the right to verify your identity, age, and location at any time, and we may suspend your account if we cannot confirm your eligibility.

OLG Register and Account Creation

When you complete OLG register steps, we ask you to provide accurate personal information, including your name, address, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your OLG login credentials confidential, and you agree not to share your account with anyone else. We may request additional identification documents to comply with our regulatory obligations, including checks required under FINTRAC regulations. If you use an OLG promo code or OLG bonus code during registration, you must meet the specific eligibility criteria attached to that offer.

OLG Casino Login and Account Security

We provide secure OLG casino login access through our website, our OLG app, and our PROLINE App. You must notify our Player Support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

Deposits

We accept deposits through Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, American Express, INTERAC e-Transfer, and Apple Pay. Cards used on our platform must be issued in Canada by a Canadian bank or financial institution; we do not accept certain US-backed or retail store-branded cards. We do not charge deposit fees, though your card issuer may treat a credit card deposit as a cash advance.

• We set a minimum deposit of 15 CAD per transaction and a maximum of 999,999 CAD.
• We allow up to ten successful deposits per day between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM.
• We permit a maximum of three saved cards per account, and a card already linked to another account cannot be added to yours.
• We allow you to switch deposit methods only once per day, and only while your account balance is below 1,000 CAD.
• We will not allow removal of a card for 24 hours after use, or while your cash balance is 1,000 CAD or more.

When your deposits reach 3,000 CAD or more, we trigger a FINTRAC electronic identity check, and we block further deposits until we verify your identity. Our deposit limits are rolling: if you increase your limit, the change takes seven days to apply; if you decrease your limit, it applies immediately.

OLG Withdrawal Process

Our minimum withdrawal amount is 2 CAD, and we do not impose a maximum on a single withdrawal request. If you request an amount smaller than our minimum, you must contact our Player Support team directly. We process one successful OLG withdrawal request per day, and we review and approve these requests daily. We pay withdrawals only into a bank account held personally by you, in Canadian dollars, and we do not charge withdrawal fees. If you do not complete a withdrawal verification request within 72 hours, we automatically close it and you must restart the process.

Verification and Processing Times

We typically verify a bank account within five business days. If your bank account is unverified, we may remove it at any time, after which you can restart the process. We also verify your identity to comply with FINTRAC regulations, and we offer Express Verification using a government ID photo and a selfie. Once approved, we process withdrawals within one to three business days, and funds generally reach your bank within one to five business days, after which timing depends on your bank's own processes.

OLG Casino Bonus Terms

We offer a range of promotions, including our OLG casino bonus, OLG no deposit bonus opportunities, and our OLG casino no deposit bonus offers where applicable. Our welcome bonus package includes:

• Casino: bet 25 CAD on casino games within 14 days of signing up and receive a 250 CAD Casino Bonus, subject to 10x wagering and a 14-day expiry to convert to cash, with a minimum 15 CAD deposit required, 19+.

Our Second Chance promotion offers a bonus bet of up to 500 CAD if a qualifying bet of at least 10 CAD does not win, also expiring 168 hours after issuance. We run a POOLS promotion guaranteeing a prize pool of 500,000 CAD or more across select NFL POOLS cards, divided equally among winning tickets.

We also run rotating casino, lottery, and sports promotions, including our current site-wide offer of 15 bonus prizes of 1,000 CAD every day. Bonus Funds we issue carry a notional value only, may be restricted to specific games or periods, may expire, and may be modified, cancelled, or removed by us at any time. We return 100% of OLG profits to the Province of Ontario.
